Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio and is a Chaney High School Honor graduate and Youngstown State University Cum Laude graduate, with a degree in Business Administration.
Ms. Scott previously held positions of Coordinator, Manager, and Director at United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley where she led and had the creative role in its Success After 6 program. Success After 6 is an afterschool program that focuses on students, grades K-6th, with academic & behavior challenges and social-emotional learning.
Ms. Scott has over 15 years of experience in youth development, school transformation, character development, workforce development, coaching, social-emotional learning, and so much more. Working for organizations, such as; Flying HIGH Inc., City Year, KIPP Columbus and multiple school districts, has help her grow into a well-rounded professional dedicated to helping young people unlock their full potential and achieve a better quality of life.
Ms. Scott is committed to cultivating change within Youth, Communities, and Schools locally and a vision of inspiring youth on a National level.
